Neighborhood
There are only ten lots in this seven acre neighborhood with only four
homes.
The neighborhood is completely surrounded by State Property.
We have underground power, telephone, and cable. We have city water
and septic.
We also have a private well and sprinkler system.
The only access is a private paved road
which comes out on County road
30-A.
There is a short walk to biking and walking trail on Hwy 30-A.
Directly across 30-A is the entrance to the nature trail winding through
hundreds of acres of natural forest.
This neighborhood is approx. 3/4 mile to the new town of Watercolor and to
Seaside.
It is about 1/4 mile to Grayton Beach State Park and about 1/2 mile to the
quaint village of Grayton Beach.
It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, banking, etc., but still
very private and hidden from 30-A.
Some of the new homes in Watercolor have a view of Western Lake, but this
neighborhood is lakefront with deep water for boating to the beautiful beaches of South
Walton County.
This may be the last property of this size on the lake and it is indeed a
paradise.
